Every Monday at Fjordtunet we gather for the Energikode Breath Ritual — a 90-minute guided session blending breathwork, somatic awareness, and stillness.

This is not fitness. It’s not therapy. It’s a nervous system reset.
The Ritual is open to all bodies, identities, and experience levels. For those who feel capable but stuck along the way, ready to return to body, breath, and rhythm.

The Breath RiTUAL

  • A warm cup of tea when you arrive
  • Gentle sage smudging to clear the space
  • We gather in circle—to land, be witnessed, and witness
  • Open-mouth, connected breath pattern (belly → heart → release)
  • Guided somatic awareness to soften stored tension
  • A safe, supportive space for clarity and calm

We go deep—but only as deep as your nervous system allows

This is not performance. It’s not a class.
It’s a space to come back to yourself—with others beside you.
