I’m Mari —
a Nutrition, Nervous System
& Energy Guide.
I think of myself as a Soft Disruptor — my work gently shakes you awake, untangling patterns, restoring rhythm, and opening the path to lasting change.
It begins here
Your body tells a story. In your symptoms, your energy, your sleep, and even in the patterns you repeat.
When your nervous system is unsteady, you will never rest properly. It becomes harder to listen to your own intuition. Your digestion doesn’t flow. You don’t thrive. You’re not your most stable self.
We all go up and down, but health isn’t about chasing peaks — it’s about finding your base, your common denominator, so you can return to balance again and again. That’s what helps you recover faster, live steadier, and feel more like yourself.
I’m here to help you take that next step — the next upgrade — by optimising how your body works together: hormonal health, blood sugar, sleep, gut health. When these systems flow, you feel solid, grounded, and open to joy.
Nutrition as the foundation — food, herbs, supplements, and simple hacks that restore balance.
Pattern & Energy work as the frequency — tending to your nervous system, unconscious patterns, energy codes, and the way you speak to yourself and practice self-love.
Because true health isn’t just eating well and sleeping well — it’s also about upgrading the stories you carry, the patterns you’ve inherited, and the energy you hold.
This is why my work blends science and soul: nutrition, somatics, herbs, breathwork, EFT, family systems, and energy practices. Together, we untangle what’s been stopping you, so you can step into lasting change.
I am here to walk with women who are ready to awaken — softening old patterns, upgrading their frequency, and stepping into change that lasts.
Ever since I was five, I’ve been mixing herbs and flowers into little “concoctions,” curious about how nature could shift the way we feel.
My fascination has always been with the body — how it responds, how it changes, how symptoms appear and can be released.
Years later, while living in London, I found myself facing years of unexplained aches, gut pain, and fatigue. Blood tests showed markers that worried my doctor, hinting at autoimmunity. At that time, I lived in Notting Hill — surrounded by yoga, herbs, and an alternative way of thinking — so instead of waiting for more tests, I went to see a nutritional therapist.
Within ten days of making simple changes — removing dairy and eggs — symptoms I had carried for over a decade lifted. The aches, the exhaustion, the heaviness I thought I’d live with forever disappeared. That experience opened a new path: I went on to study nutrition at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London.
Around the same time, I became a mother. My daughter, Selma, has a rare genetic condition that no doctor could explain to me at the time. I turned to my studies not just for myself, but to support her. Functional nutrition helped her enormously — removing gluten and dairy, supporting her gut and immunity — but I soon realized it wasn’t the full story.
Through mentors like Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt, I discovered another layer: family constellations, energy work, EFT, and trauma-informed approaches. I began to see that Selma’s symptoms were not only physical — they were also tied to her nervous system and to patterns that lived deeper than nutrition alone. Supporting her in this way changed everything.
Alongside this, I’ve always carried my academic roots. I have a Master’s degree in Corporate Responsibility and a background in environmental science. I am, and always will be, a lady of science. I read PubMed studies, I follow journals like Nature, and I respect the mechanisms of the body that science can explain.
But I also know there are layers science can’t yet measure. We heal on many levels — the physical, the emotional, the ancestral, the energetic. My work is to bring them together.
Today, I call myself a Nutrition, Nervous System & Energy Guide — and I think of myself as a Soft Disruptor. My work is not about pushing harder, but about gently shaking women awake: softening old patterns, upgrading their frequency, and walking with them into change that lasts.
Healing isn’t about chasing peaks,
but finding your balance again and again.
Your symptoms are
not the problem —
they’re the language of your body.
Awakening happens softly
— one pattern, one breath, one step at a time.
You are more than
your to-do list.
Healing is layered/
Food is foundation, energy is frequency/
Rewrite the patterns /
Softness before strategy/
Build energy, release effort
These are the principles that guide my work. Healing isn’t about chasing perfection — it’s about building balance, layer by layer. We start with the body, the nervous system, and the stories you carry. From there, softness and energy create the shifts that effort alone never can.
