Every Monday at Fjordtunet we gather for the Energikode Breath Ritual — a 90-minute guided session blending breathwork, somatic awareness, and stillness.

This is not fitness. It’s not therapy. It’s a nervous system reset.
The Ritual is open to all bodies, identities, and experience levels. For those who feel capable but stuck along the way, ready to return to body, breath, and rhythm.

The Breath RiTUAL

  • We gather in circle—to land, be witnessed, and witness

Reclaiming the Forgotten Parts

She was excellent at being productive.
She knew how to lead, deliver, and keep everything together.
But she had been doing it by running her system in overdrive for years.
