The Practicals

The practicals:
  • Address:  Fjordtunet, Ormsundveien 16, 0198 Oslo
  • Time: Mondays at 18:30. Sessions last about 90 minutes
  • What to bring: Comfortable clothes (layers are best),,  a eye mask for blocking out light and go deep.
  • Language: Guided in Norwegian, with English if needed
  • All souls are invited; gender neutral.
  • We gather in a small and intimate circle — no more than 10 people

Parking & Transport:
  • Paid parking available nearby
  • Bus 85 to Mailand (5 min walk)
  • Bus 81/83 to Nedre Bekkelaget (5 min walk)
